Coeliac disease, lactose intolerance and other allergies and intolerances are attracting growing awareness. Whether from necessity or conviction, many people are now following special diets and choosing healthier, more digestible foods.
Coeliac disease and a gluten-free diet need not be synonymous with tasteless food. We have promoted this belief over the decades and as a result have been certified by the Italian Coeliac Association. Our team in the kitchen will ensure you enjoy a delicious experience at our “gluten-free” hotel in South Tyrol.
As gourmet half-board treatment:
For breakfast, in addition to a selection of bread from Dr. Schär (the South Tyrolean specialist provider of gluten-free products), you’ll find at least two types of home-made bread, a corner with gluten-free muesli and cereals, and a large selection of gluten-free and lactose-free cured meats and cheeses.
In the evening, you can choose between two gluten-free four-course menus. We will prepare some light, tasty dishes based on Alpine-Mediterranean cuisine, and mainly using produce from our region.
Welcome to lunch! We can offer you a wide selection of gluten-free products from our lunch menu, served between 12 noon and 1.30 p.m.
For a gluten-free afternoon snack, we prepare gluten-free pastries and apple strudel every day. You can even enjoy our delicious ice cream without any qualms.
